I've been wanting to start a blog for awhile; I find writing very therapeutic. But I also recognize that each experience can also be both a teaching experience and a learning experience. The best way to help others is to share personal struggles, accomplishments and even celebrations. I don't ever pretend to be a perfect mom. I am FAR from perfect and have finally come to terms with that. There are already so many expectations for us parents and it's difficult to meet all of those expectations with grace. But I find great solace knowing each day I'm trying my best and my family is happy and that is all that matters. I am a mother of 4 young ladies ranging from 16 years old all the way down to 3-1/2 months old. The largest age gap is between my eldest and 2nd born - 11 years.
